These terms of service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the keytosite service accessible at https://keytosite.com and https://app.keytosite.com.
1. Purpose
keytosite is a SaaS platform enabling website creation using artificial intelligence, site reconstruction from expired domains, and content management via a chat interface. These Terms define the conditions under which the user accesses and uses the service.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Registration and use of the service implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these conditions, you must not use the service.
3. Registration and Account
To use keytosite, the user must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities carried out under their account.
4. Service Description
keytosite offers automated website creation via AI, content analysis and reconstruction from expired domain archives, site modification through a chat interface, hosting of created sites with SSL and CDN, and a credit system for action billing.
5. Credit System and Pricing
The service operates on a credit system. Monthly credits included in the subscription expire at each billing cycle. Credits purchased as one-time packs do not expire. The credit cost of each action is displayed before confirmation. Prices are indicated in euros including tax on the pricing page.
6. User Obligations
The user agrees not to use the service for illegal or immoral purposes, not to generate content that infringes on third-party rights, not to attempt to circumvent the technical limitations of the service, to respect intellectual property rights, and not to resell access to the service without authorization. The user is responsible for the final verification of AI-generated content and agrees not to infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
7. Intellectual Property and Content Generation
7.1 Use of Web Archives: The user acknowledges that the "reconstruction from archives" feature is a creation assistance tool. keytosite uses Artificial Intelligence algorithms to analyze the semantic structure of expired domains in order to generate entirely new and original content. 7.2 User Commitment: The user agrees not to use the Service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties. It is strictly prohibited to copy-paste content protected by copyright without authorization. keytosite disclaims any liability in case of fraudulent use or violation of third-party rights by the user. 7.3 Nature of Generated Content: Although the AI is designed to produce unique (non-duplicated) texts, the end user is solely responsible for verifying the generated content before publication. keytosite does not guarantee the absolute originality of the content but provides tools to facilitate creative rewriting. 7.4 Rights to Created Sites: Once payment has been made and the site generated, the user is the legal owner of the texts and site structure generated by AI via keytosite, subject to compliance with these Terms. The keytosite platform, its source code, design, and algorithms remain the exclusive property of keytosite.
8. Hosting and Availability
keytosite is committed to providing quality hosting with a target availability of 99.9%. keytosite cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions related to maintenance or exceptional circumstances.
9. Termination and Refund
The user may cancel their subscription at any time from their personal dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. keytosite reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these Terms. Refund policy: we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all customers. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting us at support@keytosite.com. No questions asked.
10. Limitation of Liability
keytosite is provided "as is". keytosite does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free or suitable for a specific purpose. keytosite's liability is limited to the amounts paid by the user during the last 12 months.
11. Modification of Terms
keytosite reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email of any substantial changes. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
